Order#SO- HOW TO CONFIRM& UPDATE SHIPPING INFORMATION(For VISION 8KX Upgrades& Preorders) 

 

If your order# starts with SO (For instance SO1234), please refer here to confirm& update your shipping information! 


STEP 1: Log-in to your account on https://store.pimaxvr.com 

and go to "My Account"(please kindly note it's not www.pimax.com )

 

 

 

 

STEP 2: You now land on “My Dashboard” page. Scroll down a bit to find “Your Details”. Please click on “Edit”.

 

STEP 3: On the editable “You Details” page, please input your latest shipping information. If all information is correct, please see STEP 4.

 

STEP 4: Please double check and if all is correct and ready to go, please go to the bottom of the page and click on CONFIRM
