Solution: Please try to delete the Pimax Microphone Driver, and reconnected the USB cable which in turn re-install the driver, and it would be working.
Under microphone in windows settings, check if the device was disabled by default and turn on it enabled.
Select Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure Microphone access is turned on.
