1. Check the clip spring-back: Confirm that the clip at the strap slot springs back and locks properly after insertion. If the clip does not fully pop out or is stuck, the strap cannot be secured.

  2. Confirm the insertion direction: Check that the strap is inserted in the correct orientation. An incorrect direction will prevent the clip from engaging.

  3. Remove the black rubber ring and reinstall: Remove the black rubber ring on the strap (at the position marked with a red circle), then reinstall the strap. In some cases, the rubber ring can interfere with proper clip locking.
