A: Please follow these steps:
Confirm the setting status: Check that the "Default Audio Device" option in Pimax Play is unchecked, confirming the basic settings have been adjusted.
Check system audio: After connecting the headset, check the Windows audio output device to confirm whether it has been automatically switched to the headset earphones.
Check SteamVR settings: Open SteamVR and check the audio output-related settings to confirm whether it is set to automatic switching mode.
Manually switch system audio: With the default audio device unchecked in Pimax Play and the headset connected, go to Windows audio settings and manually switch the output device to the desired device. Then disconnect and reconnect the headset and confirm audio output is normal.
Adjust SteamVR settings: Open SteamVR and set "Audio output device" to "Manual" to prevent automatic switching to the headset earphones.
