FedEx need 5106 form?

Recently, we received many tickets for FedEx clearance in the USA.
5106 CBP Form is Applicable to providing importer's Employer ID/Social Security number to FedEx.It is a request from the local Custom. There is not EIN, and if the consignee doesn't have an EIN they need to provide their foreign address and US address on the form.
Generally, there will be a FedEx Commissioner to contact you to handle it.
If you have received the request, Please offer the Form ASAP to avoid return.
