1. Please make sure you have connected the headset successfully by Pitool with DP/USB cable/Power adapter.
  2. Launch USB Device Tree Viewer.exe（Green means newly added USD port）

  1. Please confirm the device id you selected is 0483 0101, because our headset's USB id is 0483 0101, or you could change it to another one to have a try.

  1. Please find the string for USB110/200/300, If the value of USB200 is 1, it means the HMD is OK for hand tracking （see below screenshot）, or it could not support the hand tracking module.
