If there is a short battery life or battery drain issue when using the Pimax Crystal with the hub, please try below solutions.
Please do not connect the BLACK USB cable and connect the BLUE USB into the HUB only.

Require things to purchase:
5M (16.4 feet) long link cable that support QC3.0 charging USB-A to Type-C
（5M cable with USB-A to Type-C connector)
Standard QC3.0 charger（Recommend: above 40W ）
1. First unplug allthePimax Crystal cables from PC and USB HUB
2. Connect the extended USB Type-C cable compatible with QC3.0 to the USB-C port on the right side of the headset.
3. Plug in USB 3.0 data cable directly to your PC
4. Lastly plug in the DP cable. (Also take note that some GPU will not support multiple monitors setup while running with the Pimax Crystal, please only plug in one monitor while usingthePimax Crystal)
- Note: Do not plug in the USB 2.0 power cable for this setup.
